Gaeta & Eveson, P.A. was formed to provide high quality legal services to business clients, with a committed emphasis on the financial services sector. We concentrate our practice in the areas of corporate, securities, and regulatory issues that challenge financial services companies and their related interests.
Our goal is to work with clients on a long term basis. From entity formation and capital raising to merger, acquisition, or reorganization, we are able to provide experienced and comprehensive service to advance or preserve our clients' economic interests.
Our lawyers graduated from nationally recognized law schools. Anthony Gaeta, Jr., founder of the firm, is recognized as a leader in the area of financial institutions practice. He has practiced law in the financial institutions area since 1972 and is Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of North Carolina School of Law, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He understands that the firm's worth depends on its ability to provide valuable, cost-effective, strategic counsel. Mr. Gaeta's combined years of knowledge and hands-on experience, coupled with aggressive young attorneys, serve to maximize our clients' potential. We take the time to learn the business context in which our services are requested and focus on the practical consequences of our advice.
We pride ourselves on, and have a reputation for, being problem solvers and deal makers -- giving clear, concise and candid guidance. In situations where our clients require legal services beyond those provided by us, such as litigation, we provide assistance through referrals to counsel with strong competencies in the required specialty and with whom we are familiar.
We are sensitive to the cost of providing quality legal services. Many of our clients are de novo financial institutions. We generally work on an hourly basis, but we are willing to explore alternative billing arrangements where they may better suit a client's needs. We are also willing to provide estimates and "caps" of our fees in situations where the work required is predictable.
We would welcome the opportunity to talk with you about your legal needs and the ways in which we might provide services to meet those needs.
